Question: Controlling myself!?
okay so i am only 16, but i have a little extra baggage and i'm hoping to lose 10 pounds or so to be toned and proud of my tummy!.
the problem is self-control!. i don't want to completely cut out fats and sweets, but i do want to cut down!. how do i control myself when i see that slice of pizza or when my friends and i go out for fast food!? my main issue is i'll be going strong for a week, and then i just relapse and eat all kinds bad stuff!. any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week
2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like
3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea
4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,lowfat or skim milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.
5!. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus
6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)
7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water before starting to eat!.
That way you will eat less!.
Also, eat at night as early as possible so you don't go to sleep with food in your stomach that will become fat!.

don't go on Jenny Craig, just eat alot of veggies, and for fast food, go to chick fa la, or subway (de-lish!), also, i think the easist fun way to lose weight is by dancing, have fun! don't stress urselve with "oh my gosh, if i don't lose this much, i'm fat", stressing causes more fat and blood presure!. dancing would be a great way, even invite some friends!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stand in front of the mirror and tell your self how disgusting you make yourself, then paste a fat picture of you on the refrigerator!. I stopped eating all together!. Exercise A LOT and if you feel too guilty about eating crazy fat foods, throw it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
