Question: Is it really tru!!?!!?!!?
I have heard several times that alot of people that are vegan drop weight alot just from what they eat and no real exercise! Is that tru because i've recently become a vegan and I was just wondering if that was a tru statement!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

being a vegan will drop you weight because you are what is called a negative callorie ballance!. you will loose weight, but you must take on board supliments such as iron and creatine which you get from red meats!.
if you are becoming a vegan only temporarily then you will be having what is called a yo yo diet, once the restriction of the diet comes off you will put all the weight back on!.!.!.!.!.!.maybe even more!.
to loose weight healthily you must have a negative callorie ballance of 500 per day!.

You can gain, lose, or maintain weight as a vegan, just as with everything else!. It's about the number of calories you take in and whether or not they exceed the amount you burn!. It's that simple!.
