Question: I have until july 15th and want to lose 20 pounds!?
I wanted to know some cardio workouts so i could lose my belly fat and then some muscle workouts to gain muscle obviously

This shouldn't be a problem for a man, or a very overweight woman (no offense to anyone intended)!. You ask for suggestions for cardio, so I'd suggest an eliptical machine, treadmill, or stairmaster at the gym!.
If you don't have access to those, biking or running, and even jogging in place at home!.!.!.anything to get your heart rate up!.
Cut out carbs entirely, and lay off of sugars, especially high fructose corn syrup!. That means NO SODA!
Sit ups will get your heart rate going as well, and will help you lose fat!. I suggest doing them immediately after the cardio workout, along with push ups an any other strength exercises, from squats to bench presses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't do this unless you have a lot of weight to lose!. It still would be hard at that!. Besides you will gain weight from working out because muscle weighs more than fat!. In the long run you would lose!. Don't do anything to make yourself sick, you might regret it for the rest of your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt
Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)
Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar
Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios
Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING
I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)
Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health
And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

Although possible it is unhealthy to lose that much weight so quickly, you could seriously harm yourself!.

Why be so concerned about losing 20 pounds!. Start a good walking program, measure yourself with a tape measure!. It's more important to lose inches not pounds!. There are people who can become more fit but gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
