Question: What is the best way to put on weight quick!?
im 16 with quite a fast matabolism!. i have put on a bit of weight lately but im hoping to try and put on a decent amount within the next month or so!. i eat quite fatty foods, alot of cheese alot of milk, but it doesnt reali help!. what are the best foods for weight gain!? thanks :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to avoid deep fried foods though!. Oil is high in carbohydrates, but it can kill you if it starts to clog your arteries!.
Again, dairy is very good for building muscle and bone, but try to avoid fatty cheeses and drink 1% milk!.
Are you trying to gain muscle weight or just fill out a bit!? For muscle weight, you'll want to pack in the protein!. Soy products are great for that, as well as protein shakes and bars!.
If you just want to pack in the carbs and fill out, stick with homemade pizza (less oils and greese) and eat a lot of sandwiches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
