Answers:
Of course its okay!. When losing weight it is impt to get sufficient proteins to lose weight!. Peanut butter is a good source of proteins!. However rmb to choose the brand which does not contain trans fat!.Eating it as breakfast and lunch will not hinder your weight loss as it is impt to have a fulling and satisfying breakfast!. You can burn the calories as you work throughout the day!. Eating a full breakfast reduces your desire to snack and binge for the rest of the day, hence helping in weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
