Question: Do you think i can do it!!? =)!?
i'm 5'6-5'7!. 130-131 lbs!. i wanna get down to 128-129 or i at least wanna tone up a little!. i have 7 days to do this!. do you think i can do it if i do the foloowing daily!?:
10 minute walk outside
10-15 minute bike ride
10 minutes doing crunches, leg lifts, ect!.
3-5 minute dance workout!.
eating better!. cutting out all sweets and soda!
how much do ya think i can loose or do you think i can at least tone up a little!? i'm not expecting too much!. lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you stick with this routine you will do fine!. Just don't over work yourself!. Listen to your body, it knows what is best for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i think that you need more exercise!.!.!. you need at least an gour a day!. try increasing each workout by ten minutes if you are on a diet!. increse each workout by five minutes if you are being normal!. but most of all, eat healthfully!!!!!!!! food controls your weight more than exercise!!! good luck =)!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
