Question: Do i weigh to little!?!?!?!?!?
i am 13, i am 5 feet, and i weigh 85 pounds!. Is that normal!. I just want to know if i am too underweight!. (i am perfectly healthy though)Www@Answer-Health@Com

no, you're fine!. if you know your perfectly healthy, then that could be the way your body is, and you don't need to lose (or gain) any weight!. i was also 85 pounds at 5 feet, and well!.!.!.people told me i was underweight, but that's the way my body is!. You may have a fast metabolism!. I wouldnt consider it underweight if you're healthy, and not on any crash diets or anything like that!. but if it helps, a few years ago, i weighed that much, and i was same as you!. Perfectly healthy!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're 13!. let your body deal with itself in its own way!. if you're healthy and just that skinny, then don't worry about it!. your body will tell you what you need to do, that's the important thing!. listen to your body, not what people tell you is right or wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your 13 you shouldn't be worried about any kind of weight issues!. If you're eating and you're healthy, you're fine!. Again, you're only 13!. You will go through different body weights and types!. Just as long as you're eating 3 meals a day (including fruits and veggies)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds perfectly fine to me!. When I was 13 I was taller than you (like 5'5"!?) and I think I weighed about 95-100, so that sounds normal!. As long as you are healthy that's all that matters!. You are still growing so you're fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nope, I have the same issue, although I am the same age!.!.!. I am 5 foot 6 inches and weigh about 95, i think you weigh fine as long as you eat moderately and healthy!. That's all it is!.!.!. moderation and variety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound fine to me!. My friend is 26!.!.!. she 5'3" and only weighs 97lbs!. Shes fine!. Plus keep in mind that as you progress through your teens you will fill out more!. ie!. hips and boobs!. As long as you eat healthy, you have nothing to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
