you can boost your metabolism!.!.!.
1!. lift 5-10 lbs!. for at least 10 minutes a day
2!. drink lots of water
3!. exercise for short periods of time at intervals (for ex!. 10 minutes of exercise 3 times a day)
4!. 5 small meals every 3 hours
5!. drink green tea (w/ squeeze of lemon for better taste)
lose weight the old-fashioned way!!.!.!. healthy eating (eat 5 healthy small meals every 3 hours not past 7 pm everyday) & exercising for at least 30 minutes everyday!
don't worry, even if you exercise for 10 minutes a day or give up soda forever, you'll see a huge difference & great results eventually!.!.!. always remember this:
inch by inch makes a cinch, but yard by yard makes it hard!.!.!.
