Question: How can I get my arm!?
How can I get my strength in my arms built up to be able to do one push up!. I cannot do a single one and don't know where to start to be able to do just one!. Any help appreciated!. Thanks

You need to start by being in the push up position and instead of extending your legs out behind you, put your knees on the floor!. Start like that!. If you can't extend all the way to the floor, keep practicing and you'll get there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
did you post this before!? push ups mainly work your chest, not your arms!. your triceps on the back of you arms are secondary but they are mainly used if you keep your elbows tucked in!. i think you want to work your chest, not your arms!. but if i were you i'd work everythingWww@Answer-Health@Com
get into the position to do a push up, but but your knees on the floor!. this way, you'll only be lifting part of your body up!. do this until you can do several in a row, and then try doing a normal push up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try going to the gym and lifting free weights, you can try bench press with just the bar, as many times as you can and that will help u to be able to do more than just one push upWww@Answer-Health@Com
