ok my advice is to not make any dramatic changes, do something you can stick with during the school year as well so in say 3 -4 months you will see great results and in 2 months you will see good results!. Without knowing too much about your diet i would say drink diet soda ( i have a friend that just changed from regular soda to diet soda and she lost 10 pounds in 3 months without exercise) I would say for the junk food, if you eat it every day, set aside 2-3 days a week that you are NOT eating it and if you eat junk food 3-4 times a week just cut out 1 day a week so you are only eating it 2-3 days a week!. (because if you cut junk food completely out, what happens when the school year comes around and your friends are eating junk food, it is hard to look like a geek at MacDo's and say no i want a salad!.!.!. so keep it in your diet because it is such a big part of your diet and you don't want to make changes too extreme too quickly, like i said little changes do great things!.) There is some good low calorie yogurt out there as well!. Also since you do eat junk food, go on all of their websites and look at the calories of the food!. I know at Burgerking they have 1 sandwich that is like 1200 calories, which is more than half the number of calories you should eat a day, and that is not including the fries or drink!. And at Mac Do there is a breakfast burger!.!. i think it is the steak one that is 500 calories and 290 grams of fat!.!.!. AVOID!. So just go online check the things you like to eat so you know what is the least amount of calories!.!.!.(do not go with just a salad that is as many calories as the burgers what i am saying is if you like a hamburger that is 800 calories and 1 that is 500 calories, from now on order the 500 calorie one and never super size anything again!!!) As for the exercise I would say 5 days a week, do as many sit-ups you can in a min!. if it is too easy for you add another min to the sit-ups!. Go jogging 2-3 times a week for 20 min!. but 7 of your favorite songs in your ipod and listen to them while you are jogging, it makes things so much easier, and every 2 weeks add another song!. Also if you want to do something more!.!.!. join some sports, or swimming lessons, or softball, or even bowling!.!.!.(i got some nice legs with bowling) Just add on a sport to 1 get you out of the house 2, that is 2 hours out of the day you know you are not eating and 3 you will be building muscle and burning more calories!. If you do everything i said without the extra sport at the end you should lose about 1 lb a week and get a much flatter stomach!. if you add the sport you will get more definition and lose a little more weight!. I would say you would lose a pant size or 2 easy!. These are all really simple ideas to do so that you will stick with it long term without changing how you eat or your lifestyle too much!. Most people when they want to lose weight they cute out everything and guess what it doesn't work, 1st they don't stick with it and 2nd when they lose the weight they start their old habits of eating junk food and they gain the weight back fast and quick!. What you want is muscle and not a huge lifestyle change so you can have your cake and eat it too!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Best thing is to eat less junk as you said and eat healthier, lots of salads and veggies and fresh fruit etc!.!.!.!.!.do like walking and swiiming which is brill and maybe as it's summer join some sports things like tennis or badmington or running etc!.!.!.!.!.!.don't go to extreme you are only 14 and don't have to worry too much yet besides you don't sound like you are obssesed with losing loads you sound like you just want to shed a llittle bit to make you look and feel better!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

Take it step by step!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How tall are you!? Unless your like 5 feet tall your not fat!.

Its all relative!. I weigh 225 pounds, but i'm not fat!. I'm 6'4 and work out regularly!.

Has all to do with your height!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What is your weight!? Then I can give you some answersWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well thank you for not being a stick and complaining about your weight!. Hate that!.

You could lose about 16lbs in 2 months!. Basically, as you said, cut out all the junk first!. Don't drink anything except water!. Start counting your calories so you know how much you should eat in a day (after awhile you get good at guessing)!. Apparently 1800 is a good amount for a 14 year old girl http://www!.americanheart!.org/presenter!.j!.!.!. Don't restrict your eating too much - you can stunt your growth, look ill, have hair fall out, shut down your metabolism so you lose weight even slower!. Better results if you're sensible!.

The main thing is to MOVE!. You need to walk, run, dance, cycle, swim!. You also need to build a bit of muscle - some push ups, crunches, light weights etc!. There are some exercises here: http://www!.abc-of-fitness!.com/info/fitne!.!.!. The exercising changes your shape - you lose inches, look stronger, legs won't wobble etc!. It has more of an impact than just losing weight!.

You can do it!!!!! And if you lose the weight now research says that it will be easier to keep the weight off when you're an adult!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
