You may be anaemic!. A quick blood test will find out, and if you are you can change your diet, more leafy veg and red meat, or take iron tablets before it becomes a bigger problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's either the caffeine or the carbos!. I'd think probably carbos/sugar!.
You say that you eat it the night before, so my guess is that you have a sugar high in the evening!. During the night your body will flush it out of your blood, maybe too efficiently and by morning you will have low blood sugar!. Therefore you will crave the sugar when you wake up
You can re-train yourself by cutting out sugary food near bedtime, and substituting something else in the morning for a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

chocolate can has a few substances that are just as addicting as many other "habits"
the main reason people crave chocolate is because it releases endorfins into the body!.
Endorfins are the bodies happy hormones, they are wat stop us from getting depressed
The best release of endorfins is actually sex!.
so if you really want to try an alternative to chocolate in the morning!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
