Question: Working out today, what to do!?
hey there, so I'm working out today, I'm going to the gym, they have ellpictal, treadmills, weights, just basic stuff, what should I do!? I'm looking to lose some weight, and I'll be there for an hour with my mom!. I'm kind a couch potato, so any advice would be great!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be sure to bring some music, because exercising without become monotonous!. It is easier to lose yourself into the music and continue working!.
20 mins on the elliptical, about 10 reps each of the weight machines!.!.!. for the thighs, !.!.!. and if you have time, a 30 min Pilates class!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
