How to stop craving sugar, sweets, and pop all of the time..HELP!?!

Question: How to stop craving sugar, sweets, and pop all of the time!.!.HELP!!?
Answers:
First of all, mportantly, ask the doc if you've got some kind of imbalance that gives you this craving!.
If that's not the case, do the following:
Start the day with a sugarless cereal, like weetabix or plain oatflakes, with just a tiny bit of honey at first and a splash of fullcream milk!. Yes I said fullcream, it leaves you feeling fuller - you can deal with the fat issues later!.
Midmorning have a plain wholemeal cracker, or a Scottish oatcake with a piece of fruit and one or two brazil nuts if you can take them!.
Lunch - two plain crispbreads (Ryvita is best) with a little sugar-free peanut butter, cottage cheese or hoummous, a stick of celery, a raw carrot and some cucumber cut into fingers!.
Afternoon break - fruit!.
Dinner - wholemeal pasta or sweet potatoes baked in the skins, loads of veg, a little cheese, loads of salad!.
Fruit for afters, or a plain yoghurt by way of a change!.
Drink the proverbial 2 litres of water!. Some juice is ok, but only pure juice!.
No sweeteners or flavourings, this is about educating yourself not to want sweet stuff!. Trust me, your tastes will change!.
As time goes by, your body will stop getting the sugar-rush, which dies off quickly and makes you crave more sugar!. You'll be getting long-haul carbs from wholemeal breads and pastas, brown rice, etc!. There are sugars in fruit, but better balanced so you don't get a high followed by a low!. Plenty of websites on the subject!
Re!. milk - ease off the fullcream over a week or so, replace with semi or with unsweetened soya!. You just need a few days' comfort as you get used to the change of diet!.
Chocolate!? Leave it out at first, later on get the best fairtrade choccy you can buy - it's expensive and rich-tasting, so you'll only want a tiny bit at a time!. Same with any "naughty" foods, the odd treat won't harm you but don't make it a habit!.
Vary the above, but keep within the guidelines as best you can, you will alter them to suit yourself!. But - once off sugar, stay off all you can!
And keep it Fairtrade!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try talking to someone that suffers from diabetes!. They will be able to explain to you what can happen if you overindulge in sweets!.

Also, drink flavoured water--there is some at Wal-mart that is sooo tasty, sugar-free, calorie-free, fat-free!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know of anyway except for keeping them out of the house!. and since i'm the only one in my house that cares about my weight, we don't keep it out of the house!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
