no its not okay, i mean if your trying to loose weight, Chips (fries) loaded with fat and grease, read the back of ketchup, bad stuff you should avoid, the apple was good, a small plate of regular spaghetti would have been good but just plane, not spaghetti bolognese, thats very fatty, toast is a lot of carbs especially with the spaghetti you ate, and butter, forget it!. Its pretty fatty lots of saturated fat in it, and lots of calories you wouldnt guess from a little swipe of butter!.
I hope your not trying to diet because yes, you ate too much and of the wrong kinds of food!. The only thing you did good was water and the apple!. and the peas, if they were raw peas not the canned peas that have preservatives in it!.

um you didn't eat bad at all i am skinny mini and i ate a couple bowls of cereal and a banana (normally i have pancake and bacon yum bacon) and a glass of milk on the side and i plan on having a mcdonalds double cheeseburgar for lunch with a pop and chips(the potato kind) and dinner probably something like tuna noodle caseral i think i will have two bowls today!. Have i made my point!? i am highschool btw this is my everyday amount of foodWww@Answer-Health@Com
It doesn't look like a whole lot of food to me!. I'd say you're not eating enough!. I don't know how old you are, but generally anything under 1000 calories a day is considered unhealthy!.
FYI, Juice is not calorie free, and in general, you should just eat the fruit instead of drinking the juice!. The juice doesn't contain the healthy fiber that the fruit does!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats no where near okay, its FAR too little, and i know it might make u feel good noing, yay im not a pig i didnt eat too much, u still have to be healthy and undereating is not healthy!. please go to ur doctor so u can find the right calorie intake for your body, good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
