Question: What is the best way to lift & tighten my butt w/out any strenuous excercises!?
i LOVE the size of my butt ;but is starting to sag a little!.I still want the jiggle (my husband luvs that) just not too flabby and a little liftWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try doing squats - they're pretty easy!.
Also, try walking up stairs, two steps at a time!. This forces your butt to balance itself, so this exercise is great for toning!.
Another suggestion - whenever you're in the car, watching TV, etc!., try doing butt clenches!. I promise no one will see you doing this unless you're sitting on them!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

As the others have recommended, squats and lunges work the glutes (butt) great!.

In addition, I would suggest at least 20 minutes on a Stairmaster exerciser 3 to 5 days a week!. You'll burn a good deal of calories while firming up the glutes, hamstrings (rear thigh muscles), and quadriceps (front thigh muscles)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
