Can you lose weight by sleeping?
ive been going to sleep really late and waking up really late.so i skip lunch and breakfast and when i wake up i eat a snack and then dinner is this good or bad way to lose weight

What about the time after dinner till you sleep again? You will feel very hungry and that's when your metabolism will drop and your body will conserve your energy.
