Question: My body fat percentage is 23% and I want to get it lower!?

All you need to do is eat healthy! The best super market to get your groceries is whole food because everything is organic and organic is the key to life!. You have to lower your calories and eat lots of vegetables and fruits!. Maybe one day for breakfast you can eat brown rice and a turkey sausage, for lunch you might eat a bowl of spinach and a cup yogurt , for dinner you can have brown rice , some kind of vegetable and Salmon!. also exercising helps burn fat ! It would help to know your current height and weight to get an idea of how much lean mass you have and also how many pounds of body fat you have on you!. It may just be a case of gaining muscle or just be losing body fat!.!.!.!.most likely it will be a combination of both!.
I'm 5ft2 and was 130lb and 30% body fat a year ago!. So I had 39lb of fat and 91lb of lean mass!. I then dropped 9lb of fat and replaced it with 4lb of muscle!. I now have 24% body fat and weigh 125lb!. So it's not necessarily a case of losing a lot of weight, but more just replacing fat with muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
