Question: 11 year old doing lots and lots of workouts is this ok!?
hi im 11 and in about lvl 6 gymnastics!. of course 2 get to this lvl i have to do lots of exersize!. but is 250+ situps each night to much!? (200 or so in a row) and 25 (in a row) push ups and 10-50 pull ups(7-10 in a row) plz answer ty! btw yahoo, im using my moms acc only 4 this one question ok!? so plz plz plz dont delete this account, i do have permission!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds alright to me!. You know your own body much better than any of us ever could; if you feel that you're wearing yourself down too much, then take it a little easier!.

Because (I assume) you haven't hit puberty yet, there's less testosterone in your body, so the exercise you do won't be as effective as in an adult!. But it will definitely still be good for you!.

Holy crap kid!. I can't even finish doing 50 sit ups, 3 pull ups, or even 30 push ups!. But anyway no, there is nothing wrong with doing that!. It's actually healthy for you!. Do me a favor and don't turn out to be a fat slob like me!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think everything you're doing is fine!. Just don't use any weights until you're body is ready for it!. Pushups, situps and pullups are always great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
