Question: Would like to lose 20 lbs!. Any tips!?
Does anyone have any diet and excersise plans that worked for you!? I would like to lose 20 lbs!. Can you share your plans and how long it took you to lose the weight!? A good diet/exercise plan for a girl would be this!.!.!.maintain 1200-1800cals to lose weight depending on ur size!.!.for u foods that u eat have a 40 40 10 10 diet that means have 40% of ur cals proteins(lean proteins) 40% of them carbs (including fruits making them ? or more of ur carbs) 10%veges and 10% good fats like almonds!.!.fish oil!.!.peanut butter or animal fats (in moderation) for exercise u need to tone ur whole body to stay looking lean and keep ur metablism up by resistance training u can do it with or without equipment!.!.day 1 do legs and abs day 2 do tricepts and bicepts day 3 do back and chest and for 20-40mins a day 3x a week!.!.!.then cardio to burn the fat do 45mins a day 5-6x a week or 60min a day 4-5x a week running is good or jumping rope or spin classes are great!.!.!.hope that helps!.!.

eat healthy!. theres a 'diet' that you only eat veggies, fruits, chickena and beef!. i tried it, its hard!. apparently you lose weight fast!. so why not!. go on yahoo and websites (bodyforlife!.com) it will give you exercises also seventeen and other magaziens work too look around!. you'll find something!. but do it healthilyWww@Answer-Health@Com
