Should I exercise if my muscles are sore, or should I rest?!


Question: Should I exercise if my muscles are sore, or should I rest!?
Answers:
I have always been told that if your muscles are a bit sore that you should still exercise in an effort to keep the momentum going!. If you wait until they are not sore anymore they will more than likely get sore again!. If you work through the soreness it will gradually decrease as you muscles become accustomed to the exercise you are doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

rest for a day to allow your muscles to heal because when you work out you are literally tearing your muscles so they need some time to heal before you continue exercisingWww@Answer-Health@Com

muscles get bigger by tearing then repairing, but u need to give them time to repair otherwise they dont get stronger as quickly!. wait at least a day or 2 depending on how intense of a workout u did!. hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

definitely rest for @ least a day because if you overextend your muscles it's only going to damage them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
