Question: Guys, when women work out at the gym, do you try to watch them without being noticed!?
And, are there specific machines, exercises, or stretching that you like to watch them do!?

Well I lift weights at home now, but when I did go to the gym I used to watch women all the time!. As far as specific machines the hip abductor is a popular one for obvious reasons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if they have a nice rear end!.!.!.!.!.the treadmill is not a bad machine, or that machine where you do like circles standing up!.
