How can i get the perfect body?!?!


Question: How can i get the perfect body!?!!?
im 13, 110 pounds, and 5'1!.!.!.i have an average type body but not really perfect and beach body model type!. cuz i dont have a flat stomache, my thyes are kinda big, and my arms are kinda flubbery but average skinny type in a way!.!. and my hips are kinda wide!.!.so i want a perfect body, with free video workouts or something thats accurate for me!.!.!.that i can do over the summer maybe at home!.!.!.plz help i really want a perfect body!.!.my family keeps calling me fat, and some say i look athletic and manly so help!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to sparkpeople!.com, they have a an article called "7 day bootcamp workout plan", I've posted the link in the source section!. They have a week long strengh building workout program with vids for each day and then you have to add your own cardio (this can be anything that you find fun)!.
Can I just add that as you are 13 your body isn't fully grown, so don't over do it!. I also fully agree with the other poster, if your family tells you you are fat tell them to shut up!. You are by no means fat, 110 pouns is a perfect weight for a 5'1 body!!!! The normal weight for somebody who is 5'1 ranges from 95 to 130lbs!.
You are not fat, you might need to tone up, but again as you are 13 I wouldn't take it too seriously as your body is still developing, you won't grow into your true shape for a couple of years yet!. Exercise is healthy for most everybody, but don't become too fanatical about getting that perfect body!. Just try to have fun with exersice and learn to accept and even love the body you have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sorry because I usually give exercising advice, but not in this case!. Girl, you are only 13 years old and are too young to be worrying about things like that!. You should be wondering who you're going to go with to the dance or meet at the mall; you know!.!.!.!. kid things!?

Also, what you may have are remnants of baby fat that will come off in time!. You're still a baby yet (no pun intended), let your body develop on its own accord!. When you get to be an adult, everything may just fall perfectly into place!. And if it doesn't then adjust your body likewise!.

if you have direct tv!.!.go to channel 261 FIT TV and they have lots of exercise vids on there which is pretty cool!. They are good and fun workouts 2!. Or go to youtube, and they have workout ideas for you!. Also maybe your local library has some tae bo stuff!. Those are great and work you out good!.

the best fat burning or calorie burning workout is washing your clothes by hand!. Put them plastic tub and put your clothes in there and some detergents and some water!. Rub a piece of clothes one at a time to the other side so it cleans then rinse 2-3 times!. you should help and do chores around the house a lot!. trust me I been there and done that!. Eat less calories than you burn this help you loose weight faster, but don't starve yourself to death!. Trust me the results will be amazingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Swimming is the perfect exercise!. Tread water for 15 minutes a day and you will get a full body workout!. And do lots of crunches!. Its hard at first but gets SUPER easy if you keep doing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't believe ANYONE who tells you anything else!.
sounds like you have a lot more fat mass than muscle mass!. you probably don't necessarily need to lift weight, as much as you need to keep a healthy diet and do cardio (running, swimming (i like swimming because it trains your muscles AND helps you lose fat!. if you can swim every day, that's perfect), and other things that make your heart rate go up) you can consult a physician if you want, or just search things on the internet!. this is how i got my knowledge!.

make sure you eat enough protein, not too much fat, and healthy carbohydrates (whole wheat bread, oats, etc!.)

cardio and hard excercised are the ONLY way you can lose weight!. don't belive anyone who says anything else about miracle products!. there are pills which help you burn fat more easilly WHILE doing cardio, but never help you if you don't do anything!. and the effect is minor!.
