Question: Any tips for my new workout plan!?
okay, from now on, i'm gonna eat fruits and dring water and nothing unhealthy! But when I go to school I have to walk a lot!. It's annoying, I'm gonna ride my bike and get up extra early!. Also I'm gonna bikeride in the morning when summer starts, like super early! By the end of summer I should be nice and toned! Is there anything else I should do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like your on the right track!. The thing to remember is not to over work yourself!. and be consistant!. also lifting weights and such will get you more muscle!. So say you start this week!. MONDAY run for as long as you think (push yourself get out of breath have your sides hurt) lift some weights and bike ride then the next day take a break!. You should want to be sore the next day because that means your getting a good work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should swim if you do it for an hour then you can burn more than 1,000 caloriesWww@Answer-Health@Com

this sounds like a great pplan try and eat veggies because they dont have as much sugar!.!.!.!.and try and eat relle filling meals three x's a day also eat a snack and dtn starve ur selfWww@Answer-Health@Com

tuck your tummy tight and do your crunches like this!.!.
