What should I weight?

I am 5ft 3in.I am an athletic build.So what should I weight?Also, How many calories should I eat a day to loose about 5 pounds?Please help me!!!!!

I find that many of those bmi charts aren't realistic. If you work out on a regular basis for an hour or so a least 3 times a week, and that's a combination of strength training and cardio. And you weight hasn't change for over 4 months of doing this; your perfect weight is the weight that you are.

I am 5' according to those charts I should weigh a lot closer to 100 pounds. I am at 140. But I body build. I bench 175. I leg press 375. I do 10 miles on the bike 6 days a week. I am well toned and have a well defined body, 38" bust a 22" waist 36" hips but the scale says that I am fat.

Talk to your doctor they can give you a better idea of where you need to be instead of generic information which you may find in a magazine or a book which isn't taking your personal health issues into mind.
