Is this a good workout plan??
Ok, i made it myself.. so i think it may require some suggestions..
Monday and thursday: 75 situps, 50 jumping jacks, 25 push ups, jump rope for 2 minutes, and jog for 1 minute to cool down.
Tuesday and Friday: Dance for 1 minute, 25 leg lifts on each leg, 25 side sit ups(on each side), 25 situps with my legs elevated, 1 minute boxing, 2 minutes jogging and leg lifts.
I do this twice each day, and on wednesday i do each workout once.. I want to lose 50 pounds, and i have 2 months, but i dont think this is a good workout so any suggestions would be great

I usually only eat lunch(like a sub or sandwich) and a snack in the daytime(like a granola bar or a fruit popsicle..lol). Sometimes i eat a bagel in the morning but barley ever

How about doing it this way:
Monday and Thursday:
2 sets 75 reps of situps
2 sets 75 jumping jacks
2 sets 25 pushups
2 sets 5 minute jump rope
5 minute jog
Tuesday and Friday:
cardio exercise (you choose) 10 minutes
2 sets 25 reps (each leg) leg lifts
2 sets 25 sit ups
2 sets 25 reverse sit ups (legs in the air)
5 minute boxing
Wedneday is rest day.
