What can I do to gain weight?!


Question: What can I do to gain weight!?
Im 22 years old, female 5'3 and about 95-100 lbs

I dont like how I look,no curves, flat, and just really skinny, I would love to have so more weight on my bones!. I eat a lot, more than anyone I know!. I dont eat healthy, not sure if that has anything to do with it!. I eat 3 meals a day, I have to eat breakfast right when I wake up and will always eat lunch and dinner!. I snack almost all day and night!. Im always hungry, but never seem to gain a pound!. last time I was at the doctor he told me that I just have an extremely fast metabolism and will eventually slow down, is there anything I can do now!?

Hi,

What you can do to gain weight is to get educated on what is right for your body type!. I personally have found once I got educated on what I should eat, the workouts I should do, the dietary tips that make a difference, that is when I have had maximum health and fitness success!.

I used to struggle with my weight until I good further education about losing it for good!.

Protein shakes and weight lifting ( not heavy weights ) will build muscle which weights more then fat ( and looks better :)

try doing muscle building exercises, if you gain muscle you will gain weight and it is healthier that fat, but if that doesn't work eat nuts, peanut butter, and beef!. Those things help you gain weight pretty fast and are healthier than sugar and candy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Focus more on weight training than cardiovascular! Sounds like you are an Ectomorph body type!. Plenty of women would envy your shape!. Drink full cream milk and have a healthy diet!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same prob!. sort of!. I still have curves but need to put some meat on these bones!. I suggest building muscle!. I like the stair machine, and weights for the upper!. I do try to work in 30 min of cardio a few times a week!. Up your protein intake, a great source is boost which is a meal supplement drink, but is pretty much chocolate milk, so add that to your meals!. South beach diet also has a high protein bar that I like to keep handy for snacking!.

remember to keep up with your doc with all of this!. Also, writing down what you eat for a few days with drinks so you get an idea of cals and then anything above just the norm as far as what you do like playing soccer or working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I guess just continue to eat lots!.!.!.!. but be grateful you are a lucky one with a high metabolism!! Some people have such low metabolisms that they put on weight from eating ice cream and have to watch what they eat very carefully!!!
There are supplements that you could try, like have with your breakfast and then have a couple of times throughout the day when you want, with your snacks!. They are called ensure, ensure plus and resource!.!.!.
