It's really easy too loosen up some fats, but as people say
"No pain, No gain"
- You should start by doing some sit ups, around 30 in the morning at the start, 50 after you come back from school, 50 sit ups 1 hour after dinner, and 50 again 1 hour after the last session!.

- After that, you can do some push ups
30 after school, 30, 1 hour after dinner and that all

- When your comfortable with those exercise, it should be good enough to go to the gym, go there at least once a week, OR if you don't have gyms around you, you could do the normal stuff you did before, and around 1/2 a year - 1 year, you'll see the results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
