Question: Which snack is better to eat at night - some popcorn or grapes & nuts!?

It really depends what you mean by "better"
grapes and nuts are much healthier because if you eat popcorn before you go to sleep, you don't get a chance to burn the carbs off!.
But if you don't load up the popcorn with fattening stuff, like butter or caramel, it's not too unhealthy!.

processed versus raw youd be better off
have a serving of grapes and nut unsalted
or flavored the popcorn has fiber but not much
nutrient value and if you put sodium on it to make it
better tasting or butter your really messingup health wise!.
pop some fresh washed grapes and some almonds

Plan popcorn is one of the healthiest snacks as long as you don't had tuns of butter and/or salt!. Grapes are also very healthy and nuts are very tasty!. In my opinion because popcorn is so bland I would go with the grapes and nuts!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well before you go to bed, you should definatly choose the healthier option!. grapes and nuts!. because as you sleep the fatty foods turn to fat!. popcorn can be a healthy solution if you make sure not to have butter and salt on it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Popcorn is fine, just don't get the butter movie style or that type of popcorn!. get your own kernels and pop them over the stove!. Healthy treat you can enjoy!.
