Question: How do I vary my workout to exercise different muscle groups and avoid hitting the same muscles!?

try different workouts, because if you keep doin tha same wrkout in the same area you will get the same results, different wrkouts will confuse your body and you will get better resultsWww@Answer-Health@Com
You can go to a local gym where each machine targets a certain group of muscles!.
You should get a good hour with a trainer to address just that question and get someone to show you how to work out one on one!.

Just gotta switch around man!. Like If I do barbells, I'll switch to dumbbells!. And if I usually start with flat bench presses, I'll start with inclines!. Same thing with running, body gets used to it and you'll have to vary your routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
target a diff!. muscle group each day!. work diff muscles because they need time to recover!. i do chest and shoulders day 1, day 2 arms, day 3 legs and back!. then repeat 6 days a week!. at the end of each work out session i do absWww@Answer-Health@Com
you should not over work the same muscles everyday i was told that if u do it stnaps like a rubberband there for u will not see any results do it every other day u should *** workout with me ill teach uWww@Answer-Health@Com
