How can I motivate myself to work out better?!


Question:

How can I motivate myself to work out better?

I go to the gym a couple days a week but I only run for about 15 min's then I stop. I get a good sweat going on, but I only run until I'm tired, It's not even close to my maximum patent. How can I build myself up to running longer? I get so tired and out of breath so easy. I'm not fat, I'm 5'4 and am at 135lbs. I do home daycare so I'm very active during the day. I just can't get myself to stay at the gym long and really push myself. I keep trying to tell myself that since i'm already there I should just give it my all, but I don't seem to want to listion to myself. What do you guys to to motivate your selfs? Also, I don't seen to lose any weight, so that is a road kill as well....I even took a month and ate a LOT less (but still good food). I went to the gym everyday for about 45 mins....but nothing!!!! .
