How do you break a caffeine addiction?!
Question: How do you break a caffeine addiction!?
I am only down to one cup of coffee per day, which I drink in the AM!. It's actually Taster's Choice instant, which I use a heaping spoon for so it is probably stronger than usual for that brand!. I'd like to be down to zero, but I find that even cutting out that one solitary cup leaves me feeling 'fogged', dazed, lazy, headachey and irritable!. Hallmarks of withdrawal for sure!. That's how I feel when I wake up too, and that one cup fixes me!. I want to cut it out though, because the coffee messes up my stomach and also seems to affect my blood sugar levels!. And, I would love to be able to travel and not worry that I don't have a coffee maker within arm's reach in the morning and have to suffer through getting dressed and making my way to a coffee shop or restaurant without caffeine!.
So any ideas of how to break this cycle, without going cold turkey!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh! I've done this before; it's really quite easy!
First, measure out exactly how much coffee you drink every day!. Then, every day decrease the amount by a tiny, tiny bit!. For instance, if one day you drink 1 1/2 measuring cups of coffee, the next day do 1 1/3!. Take an aspirin every morning, and headaches will be minimal!. Eventually you'll get down to no coffee at all, with a little patience, and then you can switch to decaf or stop drinking it at all!.
Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
