Question: What will the results be if!.!.!.!?
If i work out about 6 days a week for an hour each day doing a mix of cardio and light weight lifting for the entire summer, specifically what results am I lookin at here!. I'm 5'10 145 pounds if that helps and i'm a girl!. and also i plan on eating healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your diet will determine how fast you will see result if you are training hard and regular!. the best training routine with a poor diet will result in minimal results!. the diet has a greater effect on the endocrine system than does exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It pretty much depends on what exactly you are changing about your normal routine!. Six days a week of both of those may be too much!. Personally I work out on MWF with weights, and TT with cardio!. I also have Wii Fit that I use for at least 30 min a night!. I am 5'7 175lb, and lost 3 lbs my first week!. (This is with a healthy eating pattern as well)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
