Question:

What foods and types of exercises will get you to lose a tummy in 2 months?

do riding bikes help? does jump roping help? well i guess you guys can suggest some stuff. but i dont want it to be one of those total gyms or boflexes. just easy stuff that i can do right at home and doesnt take much time. and also some foods ideas would hewlp as well.

Walking is a very good way to burn off calories as well as low weight hand weights and ankle weights. Eat a healthy balanced diet with plenty of fruits, veggies, eggs and cheese...also drink alot of milk. Be consistent and work out at the same time every day. Eat 2 or 3 small meals a day and a big breakfast. Good luck!
