Something is wrong...?!


Question: Something is wrong!.!.!.!?
I have been eating less lately!. And exercising frequently playing Dance Dance Revolution, because it's a great workout!. But for some reason ever since I started this, I have been puking every 3 days or so!. I'm not making myself puke either!. It just seems to happen!. Could it be because of eating less!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it all really depends on your weight, age, and the reason for exercising the way you do!.!.is it because your fat!? (no offense!.!.just trying to help) well!.!.if thats the case then your puking because your metabolism isn't able to catch up with the way you want your body to function!. Oh and are you DRINKING ENOUGH WATER!? because if you aren't you could be dehydrated!. Because every time we sweat, we lose water in our body!. That's why when its hot outside we feel the need for water to cool off!. And wait a minute!.!.why wouldn't you eat when you frequently play ddr!? You know thats bad because the more you excersise, and the less you eat you just get fatter and unfit!. And you may even get more unhealthy becuase your body needs to eat and burn up the energy (carbohydrates) from the food you eat to make muscle and/or burn fat and help you look fit and healthy!. So unless you want to keep puking every 3 days, YOU BETTER EAT!

Don't forget to take rests in between your ddr workout because your body may get exhausted, which may be another reason of puking!. Oh and by the way, if you keep eating like a lot!.!.your metabolism may udjust to the amount that you take in and bunrn more fat or any unwanted fats from your body!.!.so you won't have to workout frequently!. The upside is that you can enjoy eating (make sure you eat the right amount of servings of food) with not as much frequent exercising you do with ddr!. But I think that the only downside to eating a lot is that it may take time for your metabolism to adjust!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're putting your system into starvation mode with the extreme exercising and consuming too little!. Your body is forgetting how to digest food properly, hence throwing it up every now and then!. Please, stop - Don't get an eating disorder!. Up your food intake gradually, a little more every week, and limit yourself to maybe 30 minutes of DDR everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, your body is just getting used to this change!. If you've ever watched Super Size Me, its about this man who eats nothing but McDonald's for a month, and in the beginning, he threw up because he usually ate healthy, organic food!. Your body is just binging what its not used to!. You'll be fine if you keep at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe it's because you haven't been eating right and exercising so much and your body is weak!. Try to ease up the workout a little bit until you get your body off the starvation mode!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
