Omg weight loss before school?
I recently lost 20 pounds but sadly these past few weeks i have gained 6 back = [ i kno i had tonssss of b-days and parties the 4th you know , and i was wondering if i stick to a low carb 1200 calorie diet can i lose 15 pounds in 1.5 months
i also have an elliptical which i go on for 30 mins and walk 30 mins each day and i eat very healthy so can i lose the 15 pounds?

yes to all of your questions.
There are also a lot of other helpful things:
1 - start drinking a TON of water. It helped me lose 44 lbs.
2 - In addition to your elliptical, do strength training with light weights or a resistance band with handles. This makes you burn more calories. But still do the cardio.
3 - Do an online calculator to see how many cals you need. I need 1200-1500 by those calculators. For sure do not go below 1200 and if you are under age 20 I believe you need more like 1800 because certain things are still forming.
4 - do not skip meals. Eat every 2-3 hours.
5 - Stop drinking soda. Cut down on sugar - it's a killer when it comes to losing weight.
6 - Eat or drink 3 servings of non-fat milk as it speeds weight loss.
