Pear-shaped!! Help!?!


Question: Pear-shaped!! Help!!?
I have the horrid pear-shape!. I have a fat "bubble butt" with thick fat that continues down my legs and pudges out in the center, in other words, I also have "thunder thighs!." I have tried squats, hindu squats, wall squats, ect, none have worked for me!. I don't drink soda, eat fast food, and I try very hard not to eat carbs!.

The carbs I do eat are wheat bread, wheat pasta, fruit, and sugar!. I eat two pieces of toast everyday for breakfast (I hate all other breakfast food and I have to eat something in the morning, or else I feel faint)!. Maybe once a month, if even, I have pasta, I have fruit maybe a couple of times a week, and I cheat with chocolate and sweets about once or twice a week!. (I have a really bad sweet tooth and I'm trying to get rid of it!.)

Anyway, I really want to slim my "rhino-bum" down and I want super thin legs that don't touch in the middle!. If anyone out there is pear-shaped and has found a good work-out or diet, please let me know, thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah!. I know what you feel, being pear-shaped and all, and people telling me 'your fine, just be proud of who you are'!.

Hmm, you say you have tried all of that!. I think you could try belly dancing!. You know, that shaking movements really helps firm the stomach and bums!. That's why belly dancers have firm bums!. It's even kinda fun!. You really sweat and it tones the legs too so it's recommended!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!. Do not overdo!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!. If aiming at weight reduction, it is desirable not to go beyond 1lb/week!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to get fit, why on earth do you want legs that dont touch in the middle!? Only anorexic people have legs like that!. it just shows that you are seriously underweight!.!!
Sadly, you cannot 'spot reduce' areas of your body!. All you can ever do is improve on what nature gave you by a good diet and exercise regime!. Why do you not eat carbs!? they are energy food and part of a balanced diet!. They do not make you have a big bottom!. Overeating any type of food will do that if it means you are exceeding the required amount of calories you need to function in a day!.
I suggest you do two things; first consult a dietician!.!.a proper, medically trained one not a faddy 'diet guru' who can help you devise a good healthy eating plan that works for you!.
Then find a gym with a good reputation for giving advice and developing personal training plans and discuss you needs with them!. the combination of the two approaches should help you tone up everywhere and also improve the appearance of the areas you are worried about!. If you hate the gym, find some exercise that you like!.!.dancing, walking(power walking is great for bums and thighs), swimming and try to do it regularly 2-3 times a week!.
