Question: How to lose 10 pounds a week!?
im 16 years old and i weigh 220lbs, im really over weight, and i need help, iv wanted to lose weight foor a long time but i can never follow through, can you guys help me!.!. please any answers will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

!0 lbs a week- is not a safe way to lose weight!. but if you are really serious about losing weight- start a diet with fruit!. Do you like fruit!?
You eat fruit- any kind- up til 11am- then you may eat what you like- but the more low fat food you eat,(like a fiber cereal, or cottage cheese, or celery, or a salad, the faster you will lose weight!. Now- for the hardest part, you may not eat anything after 6pm!. To curb your appetite more, drink water with lemon squeezed in it!. That will help!.
When you get bored with the lemon taste, you can change it to orange, or lime, or even an apple slice!.
Try to walk- try to find a friend who will walk with you or support you!. That is important and makes it easier to do!.
Try some exercise- a little at first- maybe 10 minutes a day- then go to 15, then next week and 20, then- Doing it gradually- wont make it seem so bad- but use a timer or clock and chart your time!.
You can get exercise tapes at a library - to help certain areas you want to work on!. When you start losing more weight and feel comfortable walking a bit- add weights to you ankles or wrists- to help tone up those areas!.

I had the same problem a few years ago when I was 12!. (I was about 175 and 5' 2") I jumpstarted my weight loss with a two day water fast and started eating a lot of fruits and vegetables!. I also combined cardio with weight training, and drank slim fast shakes!. Don't try to lose that much weight a week, though!. It's not healthy! Only try to lose 1-2 pounds a week!. (And drink lots of green tea to raise your metabolism)Www@Answer-Health@Com
