Question: Bulky Biceps : How!?
I have one 5-5 pound dumble, it takes more time to exercise with one,so I am planning to buy a set, this time, should I buy 10-10 pound!? I want to have bulky musles in my arms!? which is better 10 times with 10 pound or 20 times with 5 pound!. What is the difference!? I eat two times a day, breakfast & dinner!. Shall I eat before or after exercise!? Do I need to eat some thing extra for bulky muscles!? Please answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Now if you want to become the dragon master my only tip to you is you have the special ingredient already inside of you, you just have to believe in yourself
AND you need to be doing way more exercise !.!.!.try having protien shakes or supplements after workouts and i would suggest buying the 10 pounds ans if youre gonna do bicep curls only i suggest3 sets of 8-12 reps! good lick but also work out shoulders n trcieps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

get a 10-10 dumbell !.!.!.!.!.!. start with 15 times and increase to 40-50 times curls!.!.!.the difference is how much can you endure !.!.do remember you have to do both excercises for your biceps and we normally forget our triceps,,,triceps are the muscles that give you bulk on your arms not biceps alone!.!.!.excercise in the morning atleast an hour before breakfast!.!.!.!.!. you do not need to eat anything extra!.!.!. just excercise hard and concentrate on what you're doing while doing the excercise!.!.!.!. try talking to your biceps to be bigger and strongerWww@Answer-Health@Com
It doesn't matter when you eat, as long as you give an hours time to digest before a weights session!. Make sure you are getting enough natural protein from egg whites or meat! I do not reccomend protein shakes!
As for weights!.!.it doesn't matter how heavy it is!.!.!.vary your work out!.!.!.try to do bicep curls slowly!. The heavier you go - the less reps you will do!. Don't just to bicep curls, add in push ups, supinated chin grips, delt and laterial raises!. How about add some swimming also! :o) cross training helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
