i eat around 1200-1300 calories a day!.!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Nothing other than water in between!.

sounds like it but you may wanna bulk up a bit in a good way !.im slender as well and always had people comment on my size!.!.so if you dont like the anorexic look!.!.!. spend a little time in the gym weight training or at home with weights very little cardio!.!.!.youl'l look great being thin* healthy and *firm!. drink lots of water and buy a great supplement such as Womans Ultra Mega Active has all the Vitamins & minerals you need to look good, feel good, and be healthy !.its about 20!.00 dollars at Gnc great product ,(stay away from weight gainers such as shakes youll throw your money out the door~i been there, dosent work)Www@Answer-Health@Com
