Question: Does more pain equal more gain!?
i know the saying no pain equal no gain means if you dont feel any pain then you not getting and muscles so i was wondering that if after a workout i feel more pain then after another am a building more muscle!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Arnold said "No pain No gain" in regards to the soreness you have after a hard days workout!. That soreness is your muscles being worked out so hard, that need time to rebuild!. Which is what muscle beuilding is all about! If your not sore in the morning, then maybe you should step it up!. Yes, your getting more muscle, but not as much as you could!. Do each excersice 3 times to promote the breaking down of muscles, and you'll feel it!.

You should always workout outside your comfort zone and push the envelope so to speak but not to the point where your in actual pain, you can tell the difference!. Read this article it should help explain what i mean!.

no pain, no gain, is a myth, building muscles is a time consuming activity that must be done with patience and discipline!. If you work to the point of pain, you are creating damage that will actually impede your progress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I agree with Ryan!. And soreness really isn't "pain", it's soreness!. And the soreness does mean that your body is building muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
