Question: Good workout plan!?
IM already fit but i want to get way faster and stronger!. I need a rigourous plan thatll ican use!. I have a treadmill and weights and all the time needed!. Also i can handle heavy workoutsWww@Answer-Health@Com

the only way to get faster/stronger is to keep challenging your body!. that means lifting heavier weights and/or more reps!.!.!.but you dont want to start w/ both!. i would say more weight w/ fewer reps for a few weeks, then go light weight w/ high reps for a week and keep switching!. same principle w/ the treadmill!. keep pushing yourself a little faster for the same amount of time, or at the same pace but go a little longer!. it will be easy to over-train, which leads to burnout or injury, so be careful and throw in something else once in a while (i!.e!. a weekly game of b-ball w/ friends or something)Www@Answer-Health@Com
