Answers:
Try the bench press for your chest with the different variations!.
Angle - a bench press can be performed on an incline, on a decline, or on a stabilizer ball!. The incline-version shifts some of the stress from the pectorals to the anterior deltoids and gives a greater stimulus to the upper pectorals, whereas the decline allows more weight to be lifted while using nearly the same musculature as the traditional bench press!.
Hand position - Varying width grips can be used to shift stress between pectorals and triceps!. A wide grip will focus on the pectorals!. A narrow, shoulder width grip will focus more on the triceps!.
And for your shoulders try this exercise:
I'm not an advocate of the one body part/day, once a week thing!. But if that's your thing, go ahead!. Here's what I would recommend:
Standing Military Press to front: 3-4 sets, 6-8 reps
Lateral Raises: 2-3 sets, 8-12 reps (I like doing these one arm at a time, lying sideways on an incline bench, hard to describe though)
Rear Delt (machine or free weight): 2-3 sets, 8-12 reps
Shrugs: 3 sets of 6-10
And for Forearms and Biceps!.!.!. the good ole dumbell will do just that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you should go check out http://www!.cagedanimal!.net Ask your questions there and you will get a ton of useful info!. I say stick to compound movements like squats, bench press, chins deadlifts!. Lift with intensity!. Lifting is only part of it, as diet and rest is just as important!. Stick to three days a week!. Tone is dictated by bodyfat not how many bicep curls you can do!. Build the muscle that you want to show off and then lose the bodyfat to reveal and show it off!. http://www!.cagedanimal!.netWww@Answer-Health@Com
