How should i know how much to eat??!


Question: How should i know how much to eat!?!?
My metabolism is stuffed because of a medical condtion (hypothyroidism, although it hasn't affected my metabolism yet apparently) and so are my hunger signals!.!. i feel hungry after a full meal although my body just doesn't need the energy to function, so i eat and put on weight!. I'm nearly 15, do loads of exercise, and i'm 5'7!. How much do you think i should eat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's best to eat small meals every 2,3 hours with a little of each food type-protein, carbs, fat at each snack/meal!. Keeps your metabolism humming-the Thermic effect!.!. When your stomach gets empty, your body starts to go into starvation mode & lowers your metabolism Starts to store fat!.
Check a web body-weight calculator to see how many calories you need to maintain your weight & vary that!. Less to lose weight, more to gain!.
Oh!.!.!.& drink a lot of H2O, especially when you feel hungry!. It'll fill you up & maybe stop your hunger pangs!.

Well, since you are still growing and you are pretty tall, i would say around 1,700 calories per day!. If you get hungry, snack on fruit or chew some gum!. Entertain yourself!. Watch TV, or go swimming, running or biking!.

If you want to lose weight, however, drop that by 500 calories!.

eat 5 small meals throughout the day instead of 3 big ones to keep your metabilism going and your hunger in control!. Drink water or eat fruits and veggies if you start getting hungier after trying this instead of going for junk food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
