Question: Ow, my hip feels like its dislocating!.!.!.!?
I was doing this exercise today sitting in a crunch position, legs and back off the ground, moving a medicine ball from the left side of me to the right & visa verasa!. In an attempt to boost core body strength!.
But when i did it my left hip felt like it was comming out ouch!, why is this!? How can I strengthing muscles to stop this happening!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats kind of odd!.!.!.and probably shouldn't be happening!. I would talk to a doctor!. Maybe it is slightly out which could get worse with an excersise!. And all you'd need to do is get it popped back it (doesn't hurt)!. I've had my hip slip out of place and it really hurt and they just popped it back and I took a few days off and was fine!. Mine does exactly the same!. I went to see my GP and got sent to physio!. turns out mine is related to a back condition i have and that it is rubbing against the bone!. definitely worth checking out! I was given some exercises to do to strengthen it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Drink some Whey Protein before you workout!. It helps support and stregnthen muscles during exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
