Question: I need to lose this! How!?
I'm a junior in hs and 15 years old!. Oh and a girl!. I've noticed I gained back fat,love handles [sort of], and my hips,thighs, and stomach has gotten bigger! I use to be really skinny!. How can I lose this!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you dont necessarily need to lose this!. you're in puberty and you're gunna be unbalanced for a while!. its a part of life!. just try core exercises regularly and eat balanced meals!. small ones throughout the day work best!. and when your hungry!.!.!.eat! just dont eat excessively!. when your full!.!.!.stop!. even if you feel like you should finish it!. pay attention when you eat, dont just blindly eat while doing something else!. because your mind wont listen to your body when it says its full if you do!.

Work-out!! 30 minutes every other day of non-stop cardiovascular (i!.e!. jogging, walking, bike-riding, tredmil etc) then reduce your diet to 1,500 - 1,800 calories a day depending on how fast you want to lose the weight!. Then hit the gym and do light weights and such!. Just please do your exerices correctly!!

get a dance video!. it's fun and its just like erobics!. beleive me if you do it enough you will see the diff!. but don't stop there!. eat right and drink lots of water!.LOTS!!!
