Question: Is it possible to lose 15-20!.!.!.!?
lbs in 3 months!?!? I rly need 2 lose weight this summmer!. Tips and all answers that are not smart alec will be appreciated!.

15-20 pounds is very possible in 3 months!. However, you have to exercise, and you have to drink lots of water and eat healthy!. I lost weight last year by eating lots of chicken and vegetables and making sure I had plenty of fiber in my diet!. You need to discipline yourself however, and go to the gym or exercise outside at least once a day!. I was going twice a day, for a total of 2!.5 hours, 3 times a week!. Don't do the diet pills, just good old fashion becoming healthy!. You'll feel so much better, and you'll have so much more energy than you ever thought you could!. This is very possible! Don't do any fad diets they never work! Go on a low calorie diet, get some cardio in!. I do one cheat meal a week on the weekend because it keeps me in line through the week!. You just have to stay determined and keep going!. 15-20 pounds isn't a whole lot at all you can do it!
