Question: Tips to lose weight extremely fast!?
I want to know the quickest easiest way to lose 20 lbs!. in less than 1 month!. I know it's not safe to lose weight that quick but I'm willing to try just about anything!. Summer is already upon us and I want to look good in a swimsuit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you are really asking for is how to lose bodyfat!.
Anything you do other than exercise to "lose weight" ie!. starving yourself will simply destroy your muscle mass!. Your body will destroy the muscle in order to reduce the total calories your body needs!. This means you will not lose the fat you want to get rid of and even if you weighed 20 pounds less you will still have that body fat!.

Realistically you could lose 6-8 pounds of body fat with exercise and proper diet in 4 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might just be able to make it and the crash diet I prefer provides tons of nutrients: but, beware, you cannot have anything else, ok!?
Breakfast, salad, boiled egg, or lean turkey sausage w!. fat free dressing
snack: 1-2 servings of fruit
lunch
salad, tunafish, boiled egg, lean meat, with fat free salad dressing
snack: 1-2 servings of fruit(1 apple, handful of grapes, handful of strawberries, etc!.)
dinner
salad, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, fat free salad dressing

Note: the salad can only consist of raw GREEN vegetables--so no tomatoes!. No sodas except diet sodas, no juices, no cereal, no nothing but the above and you should be able to lose your weight in a month, depending on how strict you are with yourself---I've done it before and I've lost 23lbs!. Also, if you get tired of the salad thing:
go to WalMart and buy you the family size chinese vegetables(they have several varieties and are around 7 bucks a bag)!. Throw the veggies in a pan and stir fry them until they are hot--but still crunchy and dress them up with the sauce that comes with the package and throw your meat in it!. If u want to lose ur wait for the first u need to do a lot of exercises!.
Then u must avoid JUNK FOODS!.

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7 p!.m!. People achieve marvellous results with it!. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month!. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits!. But your diet is still balanced!. I lost a lot of weight by cutting bad carbs like white rice, tortillas, white bread, cookies, cakes (sugar), soda and only drinking water saves many calories!
Basically a low carb diet and exercise 6 days a week!.
Eat a good breakfast and i don't mean biscuits!
