How can I bulk up fast?!


Question: How can I bulk up fast!?
I work out 3 times a week!. I average about 3300 calories and 160g protein every day!. I have creatine supplement an hour before I work out and right afterwards, as well as whey protein once a day!. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but the gains aren't coming as fast as I hoped!. Please don't respond if you don't know what you're talking about!. Can anyone help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you're on the right track, I used to do the exact same, I bumped my calories up a bit more, but my major change was switching from 3 days a week to a three day split, that is:
Day1: Chest/Back
Day2: Legs/Tri's
Day3: Shoulder's/Bi's
Day4: Day Off
Day5: Chest/Back
Starts over and continues from there, The threeday splits helped me alot more then I thought they would, and some people disagree with two times a week per muscle group, I guess it depends on the person but it helped me out!.

Also make sure you are lifting heavy and doing less reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
