This is my random shopping list and my metabolism is fast as hell!.

FOODS: nuts and seeds, bell pepers, cherries, fresh fruits, greens, sweet potatoes, sockeye salmon, peas, lentels, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, eggs, almonds, flax seed, honey, corn on the cobb, pecans, sunflower seeds, oranges, turkey burgers, broccoli, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, oats, cilantro, garlic cloves, carrots, artichoke, red beans, plums, butter (not margrine), whole wheat bread, tomatoes, figs, cauliflower, apples, cantelope, turkey, chicken breast, cranberries, peanut butter, frozen fruit for smoothies!.

DRINKS: water, orange juice, cranberry juice, all fruit smoothies

VITAMINS: krill oil (omega 3 fatty acids), vitamin c, antioxidants, vitamin B's

AVOID: ALL Preservatives, ALL processed food, ALL dairy products, MSG and dietary supplements!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nothing will make a really huge difference!.!.!. it matters more when you eat something than what it is as far as metabolism, so basically eating smaller frequent meals speeds up your bodys calorie burn faster than a few larger meals!. Eating 5-6 small meals (every 3-4 hours) is best!.

The only things I can think of that boost metabolism (temporarily) would contain caffeine- think coffee, tea (green tea has some fat burning compounds in it too), energy drinks, etc!. Protein also is better than starch or fat!. Hope this helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink water instead of anything else!. Eat peanut butter (w/ or w/out jelly) once a day!. Peanut butter works wonders!. Eating vegetables will make you lose weight because of the fiber!. Pasta does well, but you must only eat when hungry because one serving of pasta could last all day!. Spacing out healthy meals is the key to good metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there aren't any foods that speed up metabolism!. exercise speeds up metabolism!. stay away from processed foods cuz the body doesn't know what to do with that stuff!. eat balanced using portion control and just don't go below 1200 calories!. stay hydrated and take a multivitamin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

pure green tea is the best by far, b/c it is full of egcg!. i am talking about the kind you have to steep in hot or boiling water first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
