Question: Will I lose weight if I!.!.!.!. (see below)!?
Eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast, eat a turkey and cheese sandwich and maybe chips for lunch, eat who knows what for supper and go on a 40-60 minute walk everyday!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This all depends on what kinds of food you are eating!. The object of losing weight is to burn more calories than you take in!. Cereal is a form of bread, which are carbs, which can make you gain weight!. Pick your cereal carefully!.

Chips are high in fat content!. Even most small bags contain a lot of un-needed and unwanted calories!. Pick healthy grain chips, such as Sun Chips, or baked chips, which have less fat in them!.

You also have to pick things that make you full, without being loaded with calories!. If not, then you'll want to eat a lot at dinner-time, usually leading to over-riding what you ate earlier!.

The 40-60 minute walk is good!. That's how you will burn calories!. Although, after awhile, you won't lose any weight because you'll be doing the same amount of excercise everyday and your body will be used to it!.

I'm not an expert, but I am a cross country runner, and we're taught a lot about diet and excercise!.

If you follow a strict diet, then you'll lose weight!.





Also, I'm not sure why people are telling you it's not healthy eating!. As long as you're eating 3 meals a day, and they are stable (from which what you provided you're going to eat, they are stable!.) you'll be just fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All it comes down to is that if you are burning more calories than you consume, then you will lose weight!. Most people burn an average of 150 or so calories per hour, so I would say you are on the right track as long as you consume around 1,200 calories to 1,600 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. Youre not eating enough!. You need to eat small low carb, high fiber and high protein meals throughout the day!. Skip the chips, replace with nuts!. Make sure your lunch is bigger than your dinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just do sit-ups and crunches, walk/run daily and just watch proportion sizes with whatever you eat and no junk food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
